By using Sugar Baby Edmonton you agree to these terms. They exist to keep the community safe, lawful and worth belonging to.

1. Eligibility

You must be 20 years of age or older. By creating an account you confirm this, and you agree to complete verification honestly.

2. What this platform is

A dating and companionship platform connecting consenting adults, including relationships that involve generosity or support between adults.

3. What is strictly prohibited

• Any form of escorting, solicitation or exchange of sexual services for compensation.
• Harassment, coercion, or ignoring another member’s boundaries.
• Requesting money, gift cards or financial details from other members.
• Impersonation, fake photos, or misrepresenting your age.
• Any activity unlawful under Alberta or Canadian law.

Violations result in immediate removal and, where appropriate, referral to authorities.

4. Content & conduct

You own your content and grant us the limited licence needed to operate the service. You are responsible for your interactions; always meet first in public and follow the guidance on our safety page.

5. Membership & billing

Premium memberships renew until cancelled and can be cancelled anytime in settings. Billing appears under a neutral descriptor. Free accounts may be limited in messaging and features.

6. Liability

The platform is provided as-is. We moderate actively but cannot guarantee member conduct; use your judgement and our safety tools.
